Shipping Policy & Customer Agreement

Our store clearly states that orders are processed and shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct billing and shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders are fulfilled in good faith based on the information submitted during checkout.

Once an order is processed and shipped, tracking information is provided to the customer. Delivery confirmation from the carrier serves as proof of fulfillment to the address entered at checkout.

At the time of purchase, the customer agreed to our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service prior to completing checkout.

The order in question was shipped to the exact address provided by the customer during checkout and was successfully delivered according to carrier confirmation.
